Eligibility:
1. You must be a current Jiu-Jitsu student in good standing.
2. You must be able to show proof of current Jiu-Jitsu academy membership upon registration.
3. You must sign the waiver form correctly and be sure to fill in all information on official entry form.
4. Any false information given on the application will result in a disqualification.
5. You must be officially weighed in with your uniform on and you belt properly tied.
(Please check schedule of events for your weight schedule. Only coaches and athletes are allowed in the weight in area).
No coaching will be permitted in any ring, at ringside or on the tournament floor at any time for all color belt divisions for all ages (except in the case of a medical emergency)
In the spirit the sport Jiu-Jitsu, the focus of each event will be competitor versus competitor.
No one participant will have any advantage because of coaching at ringside.
Coaches will not address any tournament official during the course of any given event corcerning any disagreement with any referee decision.

Island you will be driving no more them 2 hours or maybe less, if you get the ferry to Bridge Port.

On Saturday, December 18, 2010, NAGA brings the world’s largest grappling tournament to one of the world’s largest Casino’s, Mohegan Sun, centrally located in Uncasville, CT. The event will take place in the spectacular 10,000 seat Mohegan Sun Arena. NAGA welcomes individual competitors, you do not need to be on a team or be a member of any organization to compete. You do not have to live in the Northeastto participate in this event. This event is nationally RANKED!

SANDBAGGERS BEWARE
NAGA works diligently to prevent “sandbagging”, or the practice of fighting down skill levels to ensure one takes home an award. NAGA has been working with RANKED to track all fighters and ranked grappling events to produce true “national standings.” A by-product of these standings is our knowledge of who has competed and at which level. Front door personnel will use RANKED data to determine whether or not individuals who have fought in past events belong in a higher skill level (i.e. placed 1st at a prior NAGA event).
